Cancellation Policy

It is our endeavor to ensure your entire satisfaction and as means to this end, thorough quality inspection and assurance is done before we dispatch our products. In the unlikely event of your receiving a faulty or damaged product, cancellation of the orders placed are accepted on below conditions:

1. Products reaching in damaged conditions. For this situation, need to take photo and video while accepting the order and also to be mentioned in the invoice with the courier person signature and inform Neerozhukkil Vaidyasala Pvt Ltd by email at sales@nvpl.life within 24 hours of delivery. It is our assurance that damaged products will be replaced free of cost. Our return policy excludes Ayurveda Treatment Packages. These products are strictly non-refundable or non-returnable.

2. Products can be cancelled within 24 hours from the order as your order will be processed the very next day and to be intimated. Your requisition for cancellation can be made by email to sales@nvpl.life.
Once opened, the products will not be considered for cancellation.

Refund Policy

For refunds, the amount will be transmitted to your bank account there NEFT/RTGS within 7 working days, once we receive the items back. Items shall be send to Neerozhukkil Vaidyasala Pvt Ltd, II Floor, Adam Star Building, Kamukumpillil, Mavelipuram Colony, Kakkanad, Ernakulam-682030.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. First check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@nvpl.life
5. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
6. Exchanges : Further, if you are not satisfied with the purchase made, you may, within 24 hrs, exchange the same with any other product from our catalogue which is either of the same price or of higher value than the purchased item. Kindly note however that the item purchased should be returned in perfect condition using appropriate packing materials to ensure safe arrival at Neerozhukkil Vaidyasala Pvt Ltd. Returns are inspected on receipt and we regret that exchange may not be possible if the same reaches us in a damaged condition or without original package. Subject to the above, you can exchange the item with a product of same or a higher value by remitting the balance amount, where required. Neerozhukkil Vaidyasala Pvt Ltd will not incur any cost for the return of such goods.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
